As a wholesale business, our return and refund policies differ from retail stores. Please read carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for:
- Defective Products: Items with manufacturing defects
- Wrong Items: If you received items different from what you ordered
- Damaged in Transit: Products damaged during shipping
2. Return Timeline
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must provide photos/videos of the issue as proof.
- Contact us via WhatsApp or phone to initiate a return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 48 hours of delivery
- Products without original packaging and tags
- Items damaged due to customer handling
- Sale or clearance items
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size and color variations, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us.
- For prepaid orders, full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
