2. Wholesale Terms
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): All products have a minimum order quantity as displayed on the product page.
- Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
- B2B Only: Our services are intended for business customers only.
3. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or order confirmation via WhatsApp.
- We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery for select orders.
- EMI options are available through Razorpay for eligible customers.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping on orders above ₹10,000.
- Shipping charges of ₹250 apply for orders below ₹10,000.
- Delivery timelines vary based on location (typically 3-7 business days).
- We deliver to 25,000+ pincodes across India.
5. Product Quality
All products are quality checked before dispatch. In case of defective items, please refer to our Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
GR Fashion Wholesale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
